Assembly at Watford Girls Grammar

Great assembly at Watford Girls Grammar. Thank you to all the Year 10 girls and Mrs Smith who have raised over £4,000 for the sanitary protection project in The Gambia, and have supported us to replicate the project in Sierra Leone too. Lots of raffles, quizzes and an eating competition! July 2019.

Sanitary pad making training happening today in Makeni, Sierra Leone, a partnership working in action, the Steve Sinnott Foundation, with the Gambia Teachers Union and the Sierra Leone Teachers Union. Wonderful to have the project and skills acquired being shared! May 2019.
